THE CHALLENGE
Our long-time client approached us with a request from some of their large customers asking: please build a rostering solution that does exactly what is needed, so wasted time and energy spent trying to wrangle Clever could be better spent.
THE PROCESS
Emberex worked closely with district- and state-level rostering experts as well as the rostering team at Acadience Learning Online to build a set of requirements for the new product. The Emberex design team created wireframes featuring an easy-to-use UX and a helpful icon system for navigating through copious screens of data. After a few rounds of revisions with our clients, we settled on the app's current interface.
ROBUST + INTUITIVE FILTERING
This tool is robust. It allows users to filter through a slew of data to quickly find the data they’re looking for. And we didn’t sacrifice one bit of usability, refinement or overall good looks in making that be.
SHARING RULES
What good is a rostering tool if you can't create rules for which of your data you want to share and which of your data you don't? Well, that would be no good at all. We've got robust sharing rules too! Simply filter to the settings as you want them, click 'create sharing rule' and Voila! Users can easily edit or delete their sharing rules from the Sharing rules screen.
IMPORTS INSIGHTS
Beacon gives users a clear and concise interface for looking at their important data as it’s received. Here a user can ensure their imports are successful, and troubleshoot them if they’re not.
